Yes, I know it is a lot, but it really does help with YOUR and MY security about the payments and
and helps to clarify some doubts and explains my working conditions in detail.

- GETTING STARTED -
~ All commissions start with you contacting me via Discord/Telegram. You'll be get informed by me if I accepted the commission and about the spot in the queue.

- PAYMENT -
~ I accept PLN/EUR/USD. All three of them are paid via PayPal (+ via BLIK exclusively for Poles).
~ I will only send payment link (my phone number in case of BLIK) once I finish the first sketch.
~ No upfront payments unless discussed between client and artist.
~ It is possible to split payments into two separate invoices if you feel more comfortable that way. One at the start of the commission and other half at the end of it.
~ I won’t draw past sketch phase until I get paid.
IMPORTANT: during the sketch phase, you CAN askme to change whatever you might dislike about it. I WON'T be doing that past it though, as it becomes quite problematic later on.

- WORKING TIME -
~ As for now, I am unemployed and looking for a job, so I have plenty of time (but it might change soon). Usually it takes 1-3 days but in extreme cases, the maximum is 1 month (its less likely tho).

- COMMERCIAL USES -
~ You can use the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY!
~ I, as the artist can promote and display it on my social media to my liking (unless requested otherwise by the client).

- REFUNDS -
~ I'll do refunds if: I don't manage to deliver work on time/the artwork is gonna be straight up bad/etc.
~ In case of any problem, don't be scared to tell me about it! I will contact you and try to help :3

- BLACKLIST -
~ I will put the client into the banned list and refuse to work with said client again if:
-- client requests a chargeback for no good reason,
-- client is rude, uses extremely bad words, etc.

- CONSUMER DATA - & - PRIVACY POLICY -
~ By requesting an art from me you agree to share some your personal data with me, such as:
-- Your full name (PayPal/BLIK).~ After the work is done I will not keep your data. The data (given above) will be kept for me and me alone.
